SOLAR SYSTEM

Image
The SOLAR SYSTEM is full of planets, moons, asteroids, comets, minor planets, and many other exciting objects. the solar system is gravitational bound of the SUN and the objects that orbit it. THE SUN is the star at the center of the Solar - system. Planets of solar System:-  There are 8 planets our Solar - system, which is divided in two categories- TERRESTRIALS    :- There are four terrestrials Mercury, Venus, Earth and mars. Planets that are similar to earth, with bodies largely composed of rock.At 0.055 Earth masses , Mercury is the smallest terrestrial planet( and smallest planet) in the Solar system. Earth is the largest Terrestrial planet. These have many moons G IANT PLANETS   :- Four Giant Planets ( Large low density )  -  Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptun e.  Massive planets significantly more massive than the terrestrials. * GAS GIANTS:- Jupiter and Saturn , are giant planets primarily composed of hydrogen and hel...

BLACKHOLE

Image
Black holes are regions ofospace that have such strong gravity , nothing can escape  them, Black hole is a place in space where gravity pulls so much that even light can not get out. The gravity is so strong because matter has been squeezed into a tiny space. Can we see the Black holes :- People can't see black holes, because no light can get out, strong gravity pulls all of the light into the middle of the black hole. They are invisible. Space telescope with special tools can help find black holes. How Big are Black holes? Black holes can be big or small. Scientists think the smallest black holes are as small as just one atom. Another kind of Black hole is called ' stellar .' Its mass can be up 20 times more than the mass of the Sun. There may be many, many stellar mass black holes in Earth's galaxy. Earth's galaxy is called the Milky Way .   The largest Black holes are called ' SUPERMASSIVE ."                 ...

WORMHOLE

Image
A Wormhole is a theoritical passage through space - time that could create shortcuts for long journeys across the universe.  Wormhole are predicted by the theory of relativity. Wormholes are first theorized in 1916  through that wasn't what they were called at the time. In 1935, Einstein and Physicist Nathan Rosen used the theory of general relativity to elaborate on the idea, proposing the existence of " BRIDGES " through Space - time. Those bridges connect two different points in space - time, theoriticaly creating a shortcut that could reduce travel time and distance. The shortcuts came to be called " Einstein - Rosen Bridges" or " Wormhole" A Wormhole could create extremely long distances such as a billion light years or more, two different universes, or different points in time.   NASA's Eric Christian wro te -  "A Wormhole is not really a means of going back in time, it's a shortcut, So that something that was...

List of Astronaut

Image
FIRST ASTRONAUTS 1. YURI GAGARIN  Yuri Alrkseyevich GAGARIN was a Soviet pilot and cosmonaut. He became the first human to journey into outer space when his Vostok spacecraft completed one orbit of the earth on 1 of the earth on 12 April 1961. 2 . NEIL ARMSTRONG Neil Alden Armstrong (August 5, 1930 - August 25, 2012) was an American astronaut and aeronautical engineer who was the first person to walk on the Moon. He was also a naval aviator, test pilot and university professor. 3. SUNITA WILLIAMS The woman who holds the record for the longest single space flight (195 days) is SUNITA WILLIAMS'. She also holds the record of seven spacewalks which total up to 50 hours and 40 minutes. She holds the 5th rank when it comes to experienced space walkers. 4. RAKESH SHARMA Rakesh Sharma was the first Indian to travel to space. He was born on 13th January 1949 in Patiala. On 20th Septembe...

History । Astronaut

Image
ASTRONAUT  An   astronaut  or  cosmonaut  is a person trained by a  human spaceflight program  to command, pilot, or serve as a crew member of a  spacecraft . Although generally reserved for professional space travelers, the terms are sometimes applied to anyone who travels into space, including scientists, politicians, journalists, and tourists. [1] [2] Until 2002, astronauts were sponsored and trained exclusively by governments, either by the military or by civilian space agencies. With the suborbital flight of the privately funded  SpaceShipOne  in 2004, a new category of astronaut was created: the  commercial astronaut .                            ASTRONOMY  Astronomy  (from  Greek :  ἀστρονομία ) is  a  natural science  that studies  celestial objects and  phenomena . It applies  mathematics ,  physics , and  chemistry  in an effort to explain the origin of those objects and phenomena and their  evolution . Objects of interest include  planets ,  moons ,  stars ,  galaxies , and  comets ; the phenomena also includes  supernova   explosions,  gamma ray bursts ,  quasars com ,  blazars ,  pulsars , and  cosmic microwave background radiation . More generally, all phenomena that originate outside  Earth's atmosphere  ki  are within the purview of astronomy. A related but distinct subject is  physical cosmology , which is the study of the  Universe  as a whole. [1]
